1.How safe are my photos? Do you back them up to a cloud?

Yes, your photos are extremely safe! I photograph your session and wedding on two memory cards, which I then back up to three solid slate drives and a cloud service. That’s five places, on top of the two identical memory cards I hold onto until I deliver your session. So you can rest assured your photos are safe in six different places! I store the drives in a fireproof safe when I’m not using them just in case.

 

2. What kind of wedding packages do you offer, and what’s the average investment?

I believe that a one shoe fits all approach might just not be what you are looking for. I like to get a feel for the day you are planning, and customize packages to suit your needs and budget! The average BRP Couples books 8 hours of coverage, and an engagement session! Average price for a FULL DAY with just me is starting at $3000 with WA State Tax included. Prices are subject to change. Second photographers can be added on for $600+ WA State Tax as well, or are included in select packages. If you are on a tighter budget, no problem as I am fully capable to handle your wedding day on my own! Every client receives my help for timeline building, vendor recommendations including day of coordinators, tips and pointers leading up to your wedding, and my constant support for any questions you may have for me.

 

3. What kind of Experience and knowledge do you have? how do i Know you’re worth the price?

I am proud to say that i am a licensed and insured professional with over 25 weddings solo under my belt. on top of hands on experience, i dedicate my off season and free time to educating myself on ways to level up both client EXPERIENCE before, during and after our time together. i believe in fully investing back into my business. you are investing into me, and for that i think the least you deserve is for me to be on the top of my game in every way possible.

 

4. What is the retainer fee for reserving my date?

A $1,000 flat non refundable retainer + signed contract is required for all weddings + elopements, with the final balance due 30 days prior to your wedding date! I offer payment plans to split up the last payment if you need them.

A 50% flat retainer fee is required to hold the time and date for hourly and boudoir sessions with the remaining balance due 7 days prior.

 

 
 

5. Do you sell albums or prints?

Yes! Prints, albums, calendars, you name it. They are all available for purchase through your Pic-Time gallery or through me individually. Whatever is clever for you and the fam. I highly recommend investing in professional prints and albums to preserve your memories. There is nothing like physically holding an album and flipping through your wedding album to reminisce on the day. I have some samples I can bring to show you, and I will fully customize your wedding album for you too. You can proof the photos + layouts twice before I send it off for final print, and will either hand deliver it to ya or drop ship it to your door.

 
 
 

6. What is the booking process like? Do I need to print the contract off and mail it to you once I sign it?

Because I care about your sanity, I made my booking process super easy and painless. I will email you a customized proposal once I know what you’re looking for, you decide what you what, pick any add ons, fill in the blanks, and hit continue! From there, it instantly sends you to the contract. Read and sign that bad boy, pay the retainer fee that immediately follows and it’s go time!!! Could be done in less than 10 minutes, I’ve seen crazier.

 

7. Are engagement sessions included in packages?

Yes, starting 2021 aLL WEDDING PACKAGES COME WITH A COMPLIMENTARY ENGAGEMENT SESSION. If you choose to not use it, no money will be deducted from final balance. Travel fees may apply. I believe it’s a great moment and time for us to get to know each other before we spend 8+ hours together on your wedding day. Plus, you get more photos for decor or a guest book for people to sign.

 

7. Do you travel?

Yes!! short and easy answer, absolutely. Please inquire for more details so i can look up exact travel fees to wherever you want to go. The Brp experience is not just limited to local weddings. 75 miles are included free round trip if driving. due to the pandemic, i will also self isolate before and after traveling to ensure i am not helping the spread.

 
 

 

9. Do you Help with timelines or do i need to hire a coordinator for that?

ds i Personally love helping with day of timelines to make sure we both have enough time so you are happy with your final gallery! If you are able to, i absolutely recommend budgeting in and hiring either a day of coordinator or someone that is there to help you plan every step of the way. We’ll work together to provide the most SEAMLESS day you could ever ask for.

 

10. how are you keeping up with the worldwide pandemic?

Covid-19 has been a bitch, am i right? if anything we are all a little more resilient and prepared. I try to stay on top of regulations and wipe down all my gear prior to arrival with disinfectant wipes. If you become ill or feel ill, please don’t hesitate to tell me and we will reschedule, My contract has us both covered to ensure full safety so we can still have fun with no worries!!
